The selection of a C.A.R.E.S. neighborhood goes through a lengthy process.  The City is viewed through a holistic lens of a variety of data points, location, potential assets, and resident interest.  Once data is collected and mapped, clusters of the points are identified.  The process seeks to also align potential neighborhoods with ongoing city repair and replacement work scheduled including parks, roads, water, etc.

The end goal is to reach as many neighborhoods as necessary to promote stable, healthy neighborhoods and housing throughout the City of Miamisburg.
